Confidentiality Guarantee

1. The Business information acquired by JJ Admin in carrying out the specified services shall not be used, disclosed or divulged to any other person and/or persons, including any judicial person and/or persons whatsoever.
2. J J Admin further undertakes not to retain or make copies of any such confidential information acquired without first obtaining written consent of the Business.
3. For purposes of this agreement, “confidential information” shall be deemed to include, but shall not be limited to:
   1. Business trade secrets, products, new developments, business methods, processes and techniques;
   2. Intellectual property and copyright property belonging to the Business.
   3. The identity and affairs of the clients and customers of the Business together with the contractual relationships between the Business and these clients and customers;
   4. Any and all financial details of the Business’s relationships with its clients and business associates;
   5. Details of any remuneration paid by the Business to its employees and/or Contractors;
   6. Any other matters which relate to the Business or its clients and in respect of which information is not readily available in the ordinary course of business in the public domain.

How to Pay

Payment direct to bank account which will be detailed on your invoice.

Delivery

Your order will be processed as soon as we receive it. For New Zealand residents: you can expect your order to arrive at your door within two days - (depending on stock availability). All of our deliveries are made by courier to the Street address you specify.

They are dispatched by Signature Required Service. If you are not at home when the courier calls, a card will be left in your letterbox so you can arrange a suitable delivery time with them. There will be no delivery charge for software ordered through the internet site.

Back Orders

Should you order a product that we cannot supply, you will be notified immediately. Your payment will be refunded promptly if you cancel your backorder.

Guarantee

Every QuickBooks item displayed is covered by a full 30-day right-of-return. If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, just return the goods to us in their original packaging and condition. We will be happy to replace it, exchange it, or refund your money - with no questions asked.

Returns

If you receive goods from JJ Admin and they are damaged, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for your goods to be collected and replaced or arrange for you to return it to us at our cost. All 30 day return goods must be shipped back to us at your cost. We will not accept product shipped back to us as C.O.D. Returns to JJ Admin, PO Box 14107, Tauranga, New Zealand.

We are periodically able to offer other products and services that we feel may interest our customers. So you may receive details of special offers from us in the future. However, should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld from these mailings.
